As part of an effort to collect data for an ongoing research project, we"re seeking your help. We are interested in studying different sources of personality information and its impact on work performance. You can help us and yourself by participating. A total of eight (8) on-line surveys will be conducted. Surveys will originate from the email address noreply@qemailserver. com so be sure to check your spam folder just in case the email gets sent there by mistake by your email provider. In survey 1, students (you) will nominate a full-time employee (someone who works 30 hours per week and has both a supervisor and coworkers) who you have previously contacted and asked to be a part of the study. This person needs to be someone you know well, but doesn"t necessarily have to be your best friend or even a family member. You will then complete survey items to assess that person"s personality.
