Identity factors can be biological, historical, or individual choice based. Identtiy is often linked to the political outcomes that emphasizes political stability and policy addressing these divides. An orginzed system of beliefs and devotion regarding a spiritual forces or forces. Requires a collective or a community of believers. Regime transition- the process of change in political systems. The process of making a nondemocratic political system more open and less repressive. A regime that transitions to a democracy and, if successful a consolitdated democracy.
