Social structures are patterns of relationships that endure from one. They are arrangements of systems such as marriage, education, and work by which people in a society interact and are able to live together. It consists of the recurrent and orderly relationships that prevail among the members of a group or society. Social structure is not static, but is dynamic. Culture is the language, beliefs, values, norms, behaviors and material objects that are important enough to be passed on to future generations: culture touches every aspect of our lives and our society. Group: any number of people with similar norms, values, and behaviors who interact with one another on a regular basis: play a vital part in a society"s social structure, should be distinguished from aggregates and categories. Relationship: two types of bonds, expressive ties. Primary group: small group with intimate, face-to-face association and cooperation: expressive ties predominate in primary groups.
