Type a- ambitious, extremely hard working, high levels of hostility and anger, easily annoyed. Type b- relaxed and laid-back, less driven and competitive than type a, slow to anger. Type c- internalize anger and anxiety, finds expressing emotions difficult, higher cancer rates. Burnout- negative changes in thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Eliminating the source of and redice impact of stress. Meditation- mental exercise to refocus attentional improve relaxation. Concentrative meditation- focusing on a repetitive/ unchanging stimulus. Clears the mind of disturbing thoughts: know the research we talked about in class, mindfulness. The mind is fully attending to what"s happening and to what youre doing.
