The test-restest correlations were done with over one hundred test subjects who took the test twice, eight weeks apart. The ie and su correlations were between . 83 and . 89, showing they had very good test-retest validity. On the other hand, the tf correlation was . 61, which was significantly lower than the other two. Since the gw/jts and mbti personality tests are constructed similarly, a parallel-forms reliability test was done. 577 cases were used for the gw/jts test and 450 for the mbti test. The mbti test came back with sufficient results showing the i scale at . 75, the u scale at . 80, and . 80 for the f scale. The results were different for the gw/jts test. The reliability coefficients were . 38 for tf, . 70 for su, and . 72 for ie.
