Tanha: trying to cling to something or become possessive or something which leads to dukkha. Anitya: nothing is permanent and everything is constantly changing. Anatman: the lack of soul, nothing is permanent not even ones soul. Nirvana: like quenching all your thirsts and hungers so you are just content. 8 fold path: the solution to problems: right understanding, right thought or motives, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right meditation. Intertwined: lack of superiority, unattachment, dependence, responsibility. Doctrines on: suffering, emptiness, impermanence, no soul, dependent origination. Dependent origination: everything emerges out of a kind of cause and effect relationship. Prostration: can be a preparation for meditation. Helps purify the negative karma and gain respect for others.
