Racism: a form of prejudice and or discrimination based on physical differences, many layers of racism, individual consciousness and behavior, ideologies of supremacy, institutional racism. It provides a moral rationale for systematics deprivation. It allows dominant group to reconcile values and behavior. It discourages the subordinate group from challenging the system. It rallies adherence in support of a just cause . Concepts related to racism: prejudice, discrimination, stereotypes, scapegoats, minority groups.
