More diverse age range and education background as people get older. Downsized wedding or civil courthouse ceremony, restaurant wedding, backyard event. Some children don"t believe their parents" re-wedding deserved great celebration or were too casual (450) Children wish they could be more involved and could feel more solidified as a new family. Often influence how children feel about future stepparent/stepfamily. May be more fairness and greater division of labor. Biological mothers tend to do more housework and childcare.
