Nation: people with a common identity that ideally includes shared culture, language, and feelings of belonging. Civil and economic rights: protection by law, freedom of movement, freedom of speech and religion, property. Political rights: freedom to vote, to hold of ce. Social rights: the right to a decent standard of living, entitlement to dignity. Power: a near-universal feature of social life, but may be exercised in different ways.
