Etiology of delinquency is unclear, but currently, it is said that delinquency stems from physiological (so it"s biological) If it"s said to be a behavioral disorder, then it can be due to a troublesome relationship between the kid and the mother. Environmental delinquency states that delinquency can be attributed to disruptive forces in the physical environment. Article focuses on law violating acts by adolescents. Lower class system is becoming distinct due to its values and behaviors. Size of the group that falls under this system is increasing too. This system is characterized by focal concerns but it doesn"t mean that they"re only confined to the lower class system: A dominant feature of the lower class system. Getting in trouble and staying out of trouble are 2 important issues. Main area of concern is the difference between law abiding citizen and non law abiding behavior.
