Adaptive performance (ap) - captures behaviors that are important for current organizations to remain competitive in an ever changing environment. Depicts a deliberate change in the sinking or behavior of an individual because of an anticipated or existing change in the work activities or work environment. How an employee responds to changes in the work environment.
