Section contains 640 acres; 1/2 section = 320 acres, 1/4 section = 160 acres. Numbers starting from right upper corner -> sequential order: lots, blocks, and tracts (recorded subdivision) Ca subdivision granted by bureau of real estate. Subdivision map is approved by county/city where property is sold.
