He was kicked in the stomach, face, and back, and was left with 11 skull fractures, missing teeth, a crushed cheekbone and a broken ankle. The entire incident was captured on videotape by a amateur photographer with a night- sensitive video camera. At first in 1992 in california, they were found not guilty. No one is above the law, even the police.
