Designed to address specific problems in our society and to set forth rules to regulate areas of concern. Found in article one of the u. s. constitution. The case klein v. raysinger is called the caption since it identifies the parties to the lawsuit. In other words, klein sued raysinger so the former is known as the plaintiff and raysinger is the defendant since he is the party being sued. Plaintiff- a person who brings a case against another in a court of law.
