Can be called into account by governing boards owners and stakeholder groups. Hco stakeholders- include regulars and accrediting bodies payers and financers, clinicians support staff, local community leader"s donors, patients and their families" members and taxpayers, beneficiaries and vendors, and local and state politicians. Hcos function under nonprofit, public, or for profit ownership. In nonprofit the organize is owned by the nonprofit board. Most np are chartered and regulated in which the organization was founded.
