Body: develops through major points as well as subpoints in order to develop central idea. Issue arrangement methods: a guide for sequencings informaion for listener clarity. Spaial method: point of reference and a geographic patern. Time method: orders info from beginning to end with steps in a numerical sequence. Topical method: explains an idea in terms of its component parts: ex: topic is dogs, speaker talks about spaniels, retrievers, etc. Causal method: shows how two or more events are connected in a cause and efect type model. Problem- soluion method: speaker ideniies a problem and makes a recommendaion or proposal for a soluion.
