Universal health coverage can be seen as making sure all ppl have access to agreed set of at least basic healthcare services either free or at low cost that will not limit access or cause hardship. Countries could finance insurance through a combo of payroll taxes on employers & employees, general taxes, & contributions from insured in the form of premiums. As programs for uhc are established, countries should asses most efficient & effective ways to pay healthcare providers from whom insurance system will buy services. Health system: the combination of resources, organization, & management that culminate in the delivery of health services to the population . Engage in governance & regulation of health activities. Provide prevention, diagnosis, treatment, & rehabilitative services. Protect sick & their fams against cost of ill health.
