Types of values: there are four types of values, absolute and resolute, intrinsic and extrinsic, traditional, personal and professional, instrumental and terminal. Absolute and resolute: absolute, values refer to your beliefs, resolute, means it might sometimes be acceptable to detour from your values. Intrinsic and extrinsic: an intrinsic, personal satisfaction, an extrinsic, finding worth in other things. Traditional, personal and professional: traditional values, are found in a society , personal values, are ways of consumption , professional values, refers to types of jobs and careers. Instrumental: values are codes of conduct, terminal, refers to having freedom.
