Emperor builds 270 palaces and connects them together those who know where he is will be killed. Emperor goes to lianghan displeased to see that prime minister had lots of people with him. Gets angry and says that someone has been gossiping about his movements when no one says anything, he has everyone in the room killed. Scholars hou and lu say the emperor is stubborn and is a tyrant they run away. Emperor becomes angry hearing hou and lu flee.
