New translation 765-766 by monk bukong jigang at the request of emperor daizong: key in starting the zhenyan school and later shingon buddhism in japan. Perfect wisdom scripture for path and actions of bodhisattvas of mahayana buddhism. Addressed to rulers: have important roles in salvation. If offerings and recitations were performed, problems would be solved. Twice a day masters should recite the scripture.
