However, judges in the us have a vastly more limited role than this. (not a jurocracy) Legal devotion: delegalization movement in the us. Movement devoted to the creation of medication centers to handle everyday problems (family quarrels, neighbor disputes, etc. ) Learned that the role of law (if it is involved at all) depends on the character of the social relationship between those in conflict. This means that the offenses between strangers are more likely to result in legal action than are offenses between family and friends: the amount of legal authority increases with the relational distance between the parties. This alone would produce a high level of legal activity.
