Introversion/extraversion; sensing/intuition; thinking/feeling; judging/perceiving: assessment center- usually off site, uses multiple raters to evaluate employees performance on exercises, 4 types: Leaderless group discussion, interviews, in-baskets, role plays: performance appraisals, 360 degree feedback. Job experiences: relationships, problems, demands, tasks, and other features that employees face in their job. Job rotation- systematically moving a single individual from one job to another over the course. Job enlargement- adding challenges to employees jobs of time.
