oOne group of participants rated 66 faces on how trustworthy,
competent, likeable and aggressive  compute for each face the
average ratings on these characteristics
Snap personality judgements
oA different group of participants viewed the same photos for
100ms, 500ms and 1000ms  made snap judgement about each
person’s personality
Examine correlations between the personality impressions and the snap
judgements
oPeople’s snap judgements were very similar to more considered
impressions
Took 100ms to judge
