T= originate in bm, mature in t, migrate to 2 lymphoid organs to be activated by ag. Apc like dc/m@ present ag to them in lymph nodes. Mhc 1 = all nucleated cells = except rbc. Mhc ii = professional apc = m@, dc, b cells.
