Sampling: process of collecting a cross section of documents, forms and records: decision making. The process of selecting the best optional solution. Any optional solutions proposed need to be checked for viability against costs and benefits. Costs associated with the acquisition or development of software: solutions design. Develop the proposed solutions taking physical, logical and people factors into consideration.
