Contemporary strategies: mindfulness-acceptance training - anxiety and confidence issues, resilience (versus mental toughness?, biofeedback / neuro-feedback - taking information about heart rate or brain etc. and use these. Learning how it should feel: emotional intelligence - sensing emotions. Can get effects that when people are very good at it will give themselves a low score: music - manage emotion and arousal, coping strategies.
