They thought maybe the children flipped letters such as b and p. Why? its a hard construct in language. Because it has not become automatic to them yet. Kids with learning disabilities (cid:374)ot o(cid:374)l(cid:455) ha(cid:448)e a full (cid:271)lo(cid:449)(cid:374) pro(cid:271)le(cid:373) . it"s o(cid:374)l(cid:455) i(cid:374) o(cid:374)e area. Focus on slight abnormality in cns that caused problems in learning information. Came up with the term learning disabilities. Now it became the idea of special education. Each province has its own education acts, regulations, and policies.
