Old racism: chinese workers built cpr on /day, cultural genocide of indigenous peoples (first nations, metis, inuit) 150,000 (30%) indigenous children sent to boarding schools. Reliance on racial stereotypes in law enforcement. Singling out individuals for greater scrutiny based on race, ethnicity, religion.
