Artifact; can see it, it"s the norm, produced in the org. Value; shared meeting, values of time, health, space. Think of organizations as having their own special. Explanations- clarity of explaining, lack of knowledge. Myths about how work is done or what it means to work here. Everyone is unique, even if they try to hire everyone the same.
