Cultural expectation: visible in moments of tension, misunderstanding, anger, frustration. Expectations: think about a situation when someone does less work than everyone else. Special case of creative industries: creative industries have particular need to move beyond expectations and routine problem solving in creative industries strive to innovate which calls for adeptness in wokring with others. The most in-demand soft skills: creativity persuasion collaboration adaptability time management. Cultural approach is holistic: most organizational approaches take a management perspective or focus on ef ciencies and productivity.
