Is a central aspect of being human and encompasses sex, gender identities and roles, orientation, eroticism, pleasure, intimacy and reproduction. Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well being related to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction, or infirmity . Why study human sexuality: intrinsically interesting, human sexuality reveals human nature, reliable and valid ways to measure arousal. But also recall sex is imp. to health even absence of problems /disease. So, the study of romantic relationships, sex orientation, sex over lifespan, etc. , imp to health, regardless of problems. Examples of sex research: gender and sexuality . Men more interest in casual sex; more partners; more masturbation; more visual . Woman capacity for multiple orgasms; more romantic; aroused by. Also, some differences distorted? (alexander & fisher, 2003) Some connected (non-functional) lie detector ( bogus pipeline )
