Canada is the host to cami (us/japan), chrysler (us), ford (us), gm (us), Immigration rate is 330, 000 new immigrants coming into canada. Not one specific way of telling us to do something. Sometimes, we are unable to identify certain cultures that other people are apart of. Give respect & dignity to the other person but is considered different according to where a person is from. Achieve all goals at the expense of. Achieve goals in a way that is others appropriate to context. Intercultural communication is individual to individual but its effective can be: Individuals who do not belong to the dominant group are silenced by a lack of opportunities to express their experiences, perceptions & worldviews.
