Something that makes them thing of their health as a whole, as more poor or less good than people without hl. May have limited access to health care because of hl/communication issues. May have lower net worth/have had different work opportunities. Do a lot of counselling with young adults to help mediate the other problems: adult role fulfillment (education and employment) Yung adults may have low aspirations/less confident.
