Daughter would come to clean and wouldn"t talk like they use to. Have to serve others; not a choice changed family dynamic. Increase cases of abuse when coerced into care: marketplace. Paid care workers would go beyond paid work to help care recipient. Mrs. x tried to do more around the house but would fall and hurt herself.
