National farm workers association was formed by caesar. Economy=w-o-r-k (work we must perform to produce what we need to live) Work affects our income, health, identities, time and our relationships with other ppl and with the natural world. Jobs also reflect our priorities and the kind of society we have-and want to have (coulter, 2014) Our workplaces and economy are not democratic. Those with greater wealth and resources have greater power and influences in our society unequal society and workplaces. Inequality: unequal resources and unequal influence democracy is something that we do once every 4 years need to get to world of work we desire. How can we bring the world of work we imagine and desire into existence.
