An employer exerts undue influence on its employees, and thereby breaches the act, when it takes unfair advantage of its position and authority in an attempt to sway the will of the employees. Ex/ captive audience meetings , walmart"s anti-union videos. Employers can force employees to go to meetings that unions cant. Rights regarding soliciting union support on company property/organizing union. Need to understand the interplay of s. 5, 77 and 13.
