Equality of opportunity: the chance to take part must be equally available to everyone (gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, geography) Equality of condition: every person taking part does so under the same conditions (rules, facilities, coaching (similar types), doping) Keynesian economic policies: encourage gov. provision of social services (ex. unemployment insurance, old age pensions) Gov. should spend more on social well-being.
