Cult : any group that honours a figure or an object (or an idea). Conformity vs. obedience : obedience has orders while conformity is joining in the group without orders. Fundamental attribution error : we believe people act a certain way because of their behaviour, not thinking of the external factors that could apply. Actor-observer bias : refers to the tendency to attribute one"s own actions to external causes, while attributing other people"s behaviours to internal causes. False uniqueness : a bias refers to the tendency for people to underestimate the proportion of peers who share their desirable attributes and behaviours and to overestimate the proportion who share their undesirable attributes. Bjw : believing that people get what they deserve, the world is just. Attitude : an enduring or lasting system with a cognitive component, a feeling component and a tendency to action.
