Context in which images are seen also important in the meaning process. Viewing is a social practice even is viewing by one self. We bring our experiences and knowledge to viewing the image. We make our own assumptions, and ideas about the image. Interested in the tourist world and the practices of looking. Image like this by parr : showed practices of looking both by parr and the tourists, parr interested in how people behave and use visual culture in tourist spaces like the acropolis. Recent years museum officials worry that people don"t really pay tattoo to the world of art instead they take photos: the selfie trend many museums have banned the selfie stick. What makes art art and others not art. Taste not a matter of individual interpretation but connected to social identity and class status. Value of artwork can change from the way it is display. Rich private collectors establish value of art.
