Anthropology is the science which tells us that people are the same the whole world over. Except when they are different (nancy banks-smith 1988). Islam: variety of interpretations, science and micro-evolution acceptable to many. Humans are not viewed as being part of the whole evolutionary scheme, but rather being a unique and honored creation of allah. Vatican allows for speciation, retains god as dna originator. Similar, to other mono-theistic religions, varying interpretations of scriptures, variable levels of acceptance. No undirected processes, such as natural selection, explain the universe"s history and features. Claims scienti c status, claims to follow scienti c procedures to eliminate biology, nature, genetic mechanisms etc. , through the parameters of scienti c falsi ability". Scientists, anthropologists, reject this claim and label idt as a religious, creationist movement. 37% believe that god created the world and they believe in evolution. 12% of americans actually believe that humans today evolved.
