It is important for culture and cultural lives, and has power to influence us through conversation, ideas, thoughts, politics, la(cid:449) etc. (cid:858)eco(cid:374)o(cid:373)ic actors(cid:859) refers to the power media has economically through content, distribution, production, employment etc. Media regulation refers to processes of control through guidelines and rules that shape the media industries. They govern how media companies can and should publish. These regulations allow balance between marketing goals and the interest of the people- making sure media remains honest.
