Primary disorder: language impairment associated w/ other challenges e. g. intellectual disability, Gdd (global developmental delay: e. g. , down syndrome, some w/ asd. Developmental vs. acquired disorders: congenital/present at birth, some kind of insult or injury e. g. cva (cerebrovascular accident), tbi (traumatic brain injury)
