It has the opposite effect almost it is broadening. When it broaden we build, it helps us be more successful, it helps us get out there more. Go out and be more knowledge, optimism, and creativity. We have this desire to play , explore and creativity. It helps us build strength, and stamina. It helps us evolve our problem solving. It makes us want to explore more and gain new knowledges. Allows us to really present and see thing clearly. One theory is that we never lose play but rather we have less time to actually engage in it as adults. Then ask them to think about a situation that creates a similar feeling. Found that the white participants, were more able to find people of there own race , but when put in a positive mood they were able to identify on-white participants just as easy.
