Is stored in liver (can cause liver damage) Substance from cholesterol becomes vitamin d3 then to kidneys then vitamin d then goes to liver then becomes 25-oh. Make you absorb calcium phosphor more and reduce risk of cancer. Thiamin (b1) needed for macronutrient metabolism, lack of it beriberi weakness etc. Riboflavin (b2) same then b1 (breaks down at the light)
