Phys 232 or equivalent; mast 219 (previously or concurrently) After this course you will be able to apply the mathematical methods described to solve equations that typically appear in physics problems. Optional book for fourier series: fourier series by tolstov. The homework problems will be mostly assigned from the textbook (lea), and posted in the moodle site. You can consult with your peers, but everyone needs to have their own solution. Do not come to a group solution which everyone copies, as that can lead to a zero on the assignment for everyone involved. I need to receive your work by 23:55 the day the assignment is due to mark it. Late assignments will not be accepted and will receive a zero mark.
