Universalism and colonialism: human beings, especially western countries claim to prone human rights above anything else but the history of colonialism deies that claim. In the other hand, western countries claim that colonialism is a mandatory step to build humanity. Clash of idea universal claims of human rights vs colonialism. State sovereignty can be put aside for security purpose. There are universal moral standards that support human rights.
