System anatomy refers to studying the system (kidney function is connected to urine being collected and gathered in the bladder). Microscopic anatomy refers to anatomy seen under the microscope. Cardiovascular system (heart, blood vessels: blood vessels transport blood, blood carries oxygen and carbon dioxide. It also carries nutrients and wastes: heart pumps blood through blood vessels.
