Everything in the cell moves all the time unlike the snapshots we see in microscopes. Nothing in cell moves deliberately, because of chemical reaction, the movement are vibrational. The cell is super crammed with organelles, vesicles, etc. Macromolecules: carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, nucleic acids, carbon is the fundamental atom, these biological molecules make up everything in the cell.
