Usually, the offender is an indigenous canadian for partner abuse, assault, murder. Generally, single people are more at risk for crime, violent crime. Spousal abuse can only happen with a spouse - intimacy violence. Religious garb or clothing is worn by certain groups. They are easy to identify and target.
