Pros: cost control will enable better deacons making around staf ng etc, will allow input from fc general management. Cons: will probably lead to layoffs: layoffs. Cons: could negatively affect morale: fire mike. Cons: gives the company a bad rep: sales meetings set up. Pros: department heads can be involved and perhaps they will become invested in managing their own department.
